Three Bigger Minis!

Here are the three bigger mini quilts that I've finished so far!  These are a gift for my daughter-in-law, whose birthday is at the end of this month.  I can show them to you now however because they were here this weekend and I gave them to her early.  She likes them!

I told her this is like the gift that keeps on giving because she will, over the course of the year, get nine more quilts!

So this is April's - with the cute bunnies peeking out from behind the carrots.  All of these are hand appliquéd, machine pieced, hand embroidered and machine quilted.

The Happy Easter lettering is chain stitch embroidered which works really well.

I really like these designs.  I got the patterns from patchabilities.com, same designer as the little minis I made for my daughters last year.  The cute hangers come with the patterns too and any button embellishments.  I love the pot 'o gold, shamrocks and leprechaun hat in March's quilt.

And here is February's!  I have the next three month's ready to start working on so I will be sharing more soon.

And - I did not go out and buy any fabric for these three - I was able to use what I already had!  Bonus!

Have a great day :)
