Stone Circle, Ring of Kerry

I feel like I'm posting a lot of boring vacation photos, but I can't decide which ones not to post, so I'm opting on the side of too many I guess!
Wednesday morning we visited the Kenmare Stone Circle. It says it's the biggest one in the south-west of Ireland, but that is in circumference, not height. There are taller ones.
It's pretty awesome. There is a lot of speculation as to how the stones were placed so long ago.
At the site there there is also a Wishing Tree.

Here are a couple of wishes I thought were fun.
We then drove around the Ring of Kerry, heading to Torc Waterfall, Muckross House and the town of Killarney.

Here is our wonderful group. We couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to travel with!
