Today I worked on Month 4 of my Caution Curves Ahead BOM with Jen Kingwell. This quilt is hand pieced and hand appliquéd ... but ... the last couple of months I've machine pieced the pieced blocks 😬 My hand piecing needs a lot of practice and I just like the way they look better when they're machine pieced. Machine piecing is probably a little faster too, but I know some pretty fast hand piecers!
Anyway, I must say that I'm pretty happy with my machine piecing on these! The center section wasn't hard but then I pieced the whole circle into the outer border edge in one round! 👏
