More Front and Back Quilts

Here are some more great quilts with fun backs from Jan McFarland!!

 

Jan McFarland

I went to the CWQG Meeting this week and the speaker, Jan McFarland, talked about putting a little something extra on the backs of your quilts.  She showed examples and talked about them and then presented a trunk show of quilts where she put the ideas into practice.  I don't think I've ever been as excited to see the back of a quilt as much as the front!  It was such a fun program and very inspiring!

Telluride

We went to Telluride for a couple of days for Mike's birthday.  It was 25 degrees cooler than here, so we were very happy.  It was fun and relaxing 😊❤️

They do need to wash the gondola windows though 😂

Mike likes these flat caps and my brother found him one made of straw and more loosely woven, so it will be much cooler for the summer!!

 Haven't had much time to sew lately but I do have my next project picked out!  How about you?
