Show and Tell

We had a great Show and Tell at the CWQG meeting the other night!  Summer must have been a productive time for everyone for there were a lot of great quilts and quilted items shown.

This one was made by Bonny S.

Sheila made this cute Christmas quilt and the quilt below, which was an "Ellen's Precuts" quilt from the retreat in March.  I love the blue and brown colors together in this quilt.

I did not catch the name of the lady who made this adorable owl quilt - SO cute.

Phyllis showed this quilt she made using pictures painted by her sister as the center of the wedding ring design.  She used Cheryl Phillips book and method to make the quilt and the quilt then ended up being featured in Cheryl's book!
(Cheryl Phillips was our speaker this month at the meeting.)

Ginny was particularly productive!  Here is a baby quilt that she made and below is a table mat she also made.

If I remember right, Lorraine made these placemats?

This tumbling block table runner was made by Ginny and it is WOVEN - not sewn, so it looks the same on both sides!  I am intrigued.  I told her she ought to teach a class on it at the next retreat :)
