Show and Tell at CWQG

There were some great show and tell items at the CWQG meeting the other night!  Show and Tell is truly the best part of the meeting.  It is fun to see what everyone has been working on and these members have definitely been finishing up some of their UFOs, which was one of our challenges this year.

This colorful quilt was made at the sew-in last month by Gini as part of the Jelly Roll race.

The bird house quilt was a block of the month inherited by Judy from a friend.  She finished it beautifully!

A new member made this great tree skirt - with presents already attached!

Lorraine finished up a cute Halloween wall hanging.

I love this beautiful batik quilt that Janet made.  Her husband has already claimed it as a gift for one of his friends.  Lucky guy!

Michelle made this fantastic Turtles and Geckos quilt for her newest grandson.  Each little turtle and gecko was made separately and then sewn on the quilt!  What a fun quilt for a child.  She used beautiful batiks and her quilting is great, even though she said it was a bit difficult.  Another lucky (little) guy!

Someone finished a great McKenna Ryan project.

And to get you in the mood for Christmas, which is fast approaching, here is another holiday wall hanging made by Lorraine!

Have a wonderful weekend!
