My daughter is making progress on her baby's mobile (giraffe to the right) and on her stained glass project (pictured below)! She is so talented!
4-6 ice cubes
1/2 to 1 cup frozen berries (I use raspberries, blueberries and blackberries - I wash and freeze them right after I buy them)
1/2 of a frozen banana
1/2 cup or more of diced cucumbers
a handful of fresh spinach and/or kale
1 tsp. ground flax seed
1 - 2 T. protein powder
1 small container light or fat free yogurt
about a cup of juice (orange, cranberry, whatever you like)
Blend it all up and YUMMY!! A great way to start out your day with about 3 servings of fruits and veggies :)
