Here are Alex Anderson's quilts that were hanging or shown at The Quilt Show taping. Some were hanging behind the audience, including the 2016 Block of the Month for TQS (pictured below).
I admire Alex's hand quilting! She has some very traditional quilts and, as you can see in photos below, some very modern looking quilts as well.
She's fallen in love with silk and has used it in many of her more recent quilts!
She used this quilt in a demo she did at the beginning of the second show that they taped in the afternoon.
I am feeling VERY inspired to get up to my sewing room! Now I just need the TIME!
