Stunning Quilts!

The Vaults at Fountains Abbey

(The artist says: Fountains Abbey is in Yorkshire and is one of the largest and best-preserved, ruined, Cistercian monasteries in England.  It was completed around 1170.)

Both of these quilts are small and amazing in detail.


Autumn Reflections

March to May is the Autumn season in Australia and Loughman depicts the fall foliage of Canberra in this quilt. "The town boasts spectacular promenades of trees that change the skyline all shades of red, orange and gold before falling to the footpaths."
