Half Square Triangles

I'm working on another crib quilt. I bought this kit at Houston several years ago from Bonnie Blue Quilts (now they're called something else).

It came with these papers to make the half square triangle units. I've used Thangles before and like them, but I really like these square papers! I made 96 half square triangle units in a little over an hour! And they were the perfect size, no trimming necessary, no wobbles, and the paper was very easy to remove.

I pressed them before removing the paper and that helps them end up the perfect shape and size. The quilt top is sewn together and now I'm working on appliquéing the swag border. That'll take awhile :)
