I got a couple of new ornaments for our tree this year. This first one I'm not really sure what it's supposed to mean!? It says "Grandma's 1st". So does that mean it's Grandma's first Christmas being a Grandma? Or does it mean Grandma's first grandchild? I guess it could mean both. I had them put the year on it, and they wrote her name really teeny, tiny on the little heart. So whatever it means, I like it! I feel really bad though because I didn't see a Grandpa ornament and she's his first grandchild too! What's up with that? I guess I'll have to keep looking....
This second ornament is by Jim Shore, who does all sorts of fun statues and things with quilting motifs. This is a little sewing machine so I figured it belonged on our tree.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
I was wondering if there was a grandpa's first!
