Alex Anderson and Hope Yoder

Yesterday I attended an event here in Grand Junction, hosted by Hi Fashion and Owl's Nest.  The event featured Alex Anderson and Hope Yoder and products from Quilters Select: http://www.quiltersselect.com

It was well done and a lot of fun!  I must admit that since I am not a machine embroiderer I enjoyed Alex Anderson's portion of the program the most, but they are both very talented ladies and very fun and entertaining! And I bought a couple of new Quilter's Select products to try!

It's that time of year for our beautiful flowers to be blooming!  The flower bed above was designed by my friend Bobbi - we love it!

I also just love these roses.  I wish I could copy and paste the smell of them here so you could enjoy that too - they smell SOOOO good!!

Big thanks to my husband who takes such good care of our yard!  He probably wishes I was one of those quilters who also loves gardening!  But alas .... I am not.  I do enjoy the fruits of his labors though :)
