English Paper Piecing

I taught an English Paper Piecing class at Inspiration Fabrics and now monthly we have a workshop to work on our projects.  Anyone can join in at any time! We have some working on Patchwork of the Crosses and some on Millefiori quilts. Yesterday I was amazed at the progress!

First of all though, the shop's owner, Elizabeth, showed us this quilt she made in a Laura Heine workshop.  I think she said it's called Pump and the pattern and kit will be available exclusively through Inspiration Fabrics for awhile yet.

June made these EPP coasters that turned out super cute.  A fun way to use up scraps of fabric!

Below is the progress June made on her first Rosette in the Millefiori Quilt Along!  Way to go June!  It's so beautiful!!

Susan picked a more difficult pattern from one of Willyne Hammerstein's Millefiori quilt books.  I think it's called Ballet with Kaffe Fassett.  She is going to town on this quilt.  I'm amazed at how much she has done and each block or rosette is so unique and beautiful!  Fun, fun, fun!  If you haven't tried EPP, I encourage you to give it a try!  It's a lot of fun.

Happy Quilting!
