A Late Birthday Shout Out

I have neglecting my blog the last few days!  I want to give a late birthday shout out to my daughter Megan who turned 30 on Friday!  I think she had a fun birthday weekend 😊


Speaking of Megan, a neighbor of hers started a quilting group and she is teaching a block each month.  Here is Megan's first block!  Don't you love the fabric choices?  A fun year ahead for the girls in that neighborhood!

We always talk about our spouses or kids using "Mom's" sewing scissors for cutting things which Mom's sewing scissors should NOT be used to cut.....

Has anyone ever used your iron to wax skis??

Oh well, at least it's her pretend iron
