Love This Story

I love this story about this man who knits sweaters to match his travel destinations!  I came upon this article in the Inspirations magazine's newsletter and just had to pass it along. Hope you enjoy!

"His website (https://www.sambarsky.com/request-sweaters-and-an-appearance-from-sam-barsky.html) states that hiring Sam Barksy to come to your city/town to craft sweaters and make a public appearance costs $50,000 USD for anywhere within the USA and Canada and an eye-watering $100,000 USD for him to travel anywhere else in the world.
There is one guarantee though, he never makes the same sweater twice so you’d truly be getting a designer piece if you were to opt for your town to keep a sweater for an extra $10,000 USD, that is."

The pictures today were taken at the Embroidery Guild's meeting this month.  If I remember right, most of these items were made by Joan!  This bag was made in a class taught by Ronda at Black Sheep Handworx Studio.
