Museum of International Folk Art - Santa Fe

My favorite part of the Museum of International Folk Art in Santa Fe was the Girard Exhibit - described above.  It was a huge room packed with folk art and all of these little scenes created from the pieces.  I kept thinking my granddaughter would love it!  Then I saw a little girl about her age, with her mother and they were loving it. Following are a few pictures, but only a tiny taste of what the room held.  It was so fun - I could've spent hours in there.

Reminded me a bit of going to Legoland!! 😊

A lot of embroidered pieces too!

I know what is going on in the world right now is far from funny, but this sign does say it all for me. This is exactly what I'm going to be doing this weekend and probably the next couple of weeks!  I have projects to finish, books to read, and I really want to clean and purge my sewing room and kitchen of unnecessary items.
I'll be busy, busy!  Have a great day and stay healthy!
