Museum of International Folk Art
This picture is for my friend Gini! She gave my granddaughter a little music box sewing machine for Christmas. My daughter sent me this picture last week saying that this is "Pengy's sewing room" 😂
(Pengy is one of her favorite stuffed animals. It is a penguin, but in this picture all you can see is the backside, because of course she's sewing!)
On the first day of the Sue Spargo workshop in Santa Fe we got to go to the Museum of International Folk Art. Since we were to design our own pieces to work on throughout the week, Sue wanted us to get some inspiration at the museum. It was a very cool museum - I'll share some pictures the next couple of days. The photos today were taken just on the outside! The museum is on "Museum Hill", so there were other museums there as well.
