I've taught a few embroidery classes over the years, but this past week I got to teach my granddaughter a few stitches and she took to so quickly, not only learning the stitches but creating her own designs!! Above is just the start of a very cool design. I'll try to get a picture of it when it's all done. Below is her first design, after embroidering her name on a pillow and the third picture is a pin cushion she made me to story all of my needles! Then she kindly separated out all of the pins from the needles!
Now she's back home learning to cook bagels and croissants with her Mom š„°
