If you traveled in or out of Grand Junction, CO this holiday season you were in for a treat! There were many, many beautiful quilts hanging - a wonderful feast for the eyes. The airport quilt show was sponsored by Owl's Nest Quilt Shop in GJ and featured quilts made by many local artists.
While I didn't travel during the holidays, I did make a trip out to the airport with my friend Eddy to check out these beautiful quilts. I think there is still time to go see them, if you haven't had a chance!
