This weekend I worked on prepping my Indigo Vases wool piece for an upcoming class with Sue Spargo. My friend Michelle has been prepping her piece too! Alike, yet different! I copied her arrangement of the vases, because I liked the offset look better than all in a row as the pattern called for. I love the colors she used too! I was trying to go with what I had on hand so my vases are all a little darker. I had some brighter blue that just stood out too much from the other dark ones. We will brighten them up with colorful flowers anyway. 🌷
I also started working on another kit I bought from Sue Spargo's Twelve Days! A needle roll kit. I like to have some hand work to work on in the evenings, so this will be my handwork for awhile. 😊
I have to share one more gift that I got for Christmas. Have you ever heard of Warmies?
They make the cutest stuffed animals that you can warm up in the microwave. I like to warm them up and put them in my bed a few minutes before I get into bed, or use like a heating pad if you have an ache or pain. Well, this year my daughter Michelle bought me some Warmie Slippers! You heat them in the microwave for 90 seconds and OH MY - my tired achy feet never felt so good! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
